This basement renovation transformed an unfinished lower level into a bright, fully functional living space. The renovation included marble-look porcelain tile flooring, recessed lighting, and an open-concept living area with sliding doors for natural light. A modern kitchen with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and mosaic backsplash was installed, along with a contemporary bathroom featuring a glass shower. Select areas were finished with wood-look vinyl flooring to add warmth and moisture resistance. The result is a polished, move-in-ready basement ideal for family use or a secondary suite.
