Today, we’re excited to share a primary bathroom renovation project located in Newmarket. The homeowners are a senior Caucasian couple who have lived in Newmarket for over 20–30 years. Their original bathroom presented multiple accessibility challenges, including raised thresholds, level changes, and a shower area that felt dark and enclosed. Their goal for this renovation was a space that feels bright, warm, simple, and significantly more comfortable for daily use, while improving overall safety and accessibility. With thoughtful layout adjustments and a clean material palette, the new bathroom delivers a calm, open atmosphere that supports long-term living and ease of movement.
