This condo renovation was designed to improve functionality, visual continuity, and everyday comfort within a compact urban living space. The project focused on a full interior upgrade, including kitchen, bathroom, flooring, storage solutions, and lighting, creating a modern and cohesive home environment suited to condo living. The renovated kitchen features a custom-built island with integrated seating, quartz countertops, and clean-lined cabinetry that maximizes storage without overwhelming the space. Built-in appliances, under-cabinet lighting, and a streamlined layout enhance efficiency while maintaining a bright, open feel. Warm wood accents paired with neutral finishes bring balance between modern aesthetics and livability. In the bathroom, large-format marble-look tiles, a frameless glass shower enclosure, and matte black fixtures create a clean, contemporary spa-inspired atmosphere. Custom vanities and recessed storage niches improve organization while preserving a minimalist visual flow. Thoughtful lighting placement enhances both functionality and ambiance. Throughout the condo, new flooring, upgraded doors, and integrated storage solutions ensure durability, ease of maintenance, and long-term usability.
