This interior renovation was designed with a modern, streamlined approach, focusing on clarity of layout, clean detailing, and functional simplicity. The goal was to create a bright, open interior that supports contemporary living while remaining practical for everyday use. The kitchen serves as the core of the space, featuring a central quartz island that defines the open-concept layout and provides a highly efficient work surface. Flat-panel cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a U-shaped kitchen configuration reinforce a clean, minimalist aesthetic while maximizing storage and workflow. Open sightlines connect the kitchen seamlessly with the living and dining areas, enhancing both visual openness and spatial continuity. Custom built-in cabinetry and bench seating were incorporated to add discreet storage without introducing visual clutter. Consistent hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas further strengthens the modern, unified feel of the interior.
