This basement renovation was designed to transform an underutilized lower level into a fully functional, comfortable living space suitable for long-term use. The staircase and railing were redesigned to improve safety and flow while visually integrating with the rest of the basement. Storage was thoughtfully incorporated, including a walk-in closet area that enhances organization without compromising usable square footage. The basement bathroom was fully upgraded with large-format tiles, a glass-enclosed shower, and custom vanity cabinetry, balancing durability with modern aesthetics.
